We’re in the throes of the Holiday season here in the marketing office–it feels like a race to see how much we can get done and wrapped up before Christmas is upon us. But in the midst of setting up promotions, writing tasting notes with Greg, and answering emails, we’ve found some time for a few holiday laughs. About a week ago, our fearless leader Donny Sebastiani lost a bet with our national sales manager, Mike Cekay, over the World Series, and did a full 50 pushups to settle it. If you ask me, his form is a little off… but then, 50 pushups is no joke!

Donny, Greg, and a few folks from the Marketing office also recently took a one day trip to Paso Robles (about 4-5 hours south of Sonoma) to meet and tour one of our major grower/partners. Below is a photo of one of the barrel rooms with Kathy Pyrce, the Director of Marketing. Stay tuned for more to follow on the Paso trip from Leah, our Web Designer.

To wrap up the year, this Thursday we’ll have our annual Christmas dinner here in Sonoma at the Depot Restaurant, and maybe we’ll see some of our sales guys there too–they’re always a fun group to have around! I hope you all are enjoying the days before Christmas and that business is booming, because it’s far better to be busy than not to be. See you in the new year!
